    • George was a Methodist Minister and served the parish of Centerville-Hainesville Methodist Churches, 1872 - 1875. In 1877, he was at Flanders Church and in 1880, he was pastor of the Mt. Horeb Methodist Church in Warren Township, Somerset Co., NJ. He served as Secretary for the Warren Township, Somerset County Temperance Association.
